Meet Purana

I am a certified Life and Success Coach with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and design a life that feels aligned, intentional, and genuinely fulfilling. I am currently training to become an NLP Practitioner, with a particular love for NLP Parts Work—a powerful modality that helps resolve internal conflict by giving compassionate attention to the different “parts” of ourselves. This method has been profoundly effective in my own healing and in the breakthroughs I witness with clients.

In addition to my coaching work, I hold certifications in Personal Training, Health Coaching, and Nutrition Coaching, allowing me to support clients through a truly holistic mind–body approach. I believe that clarity, confidence, and personal transformation flourish when we honor the interconnectedness of emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

My coaching philosophy is simple:
You already know what is right for you.
My role is not to tell you who to be, but to help you peel back the layers of conditioning, expectations, and obligations that have obscured your inner voice. Together, we create the space for you to hear yourself again—clearly, fully, unapologetically—and to allow your light to shine.

My Personal Journey

Like everyone I work with, I am a work in progress. I actively engage in both coaching and therapy because I believe in doing my own inner work right alongside my clients. Over the past few years, I have been intentionally redefining my values, desires, and identity—not based on who I’ve been told to be, but on who I truly am.

I have been a mother for my entire adult life, and caregiving shaped almost everything I did. When my youngest reached her senior year of high school, I found myself panicking—not because she was leaving, but because I didn’t know who I was outside that role. Although I cherish the years I spent caring for others, I realized that I could no longer abandon my own needs, dreams, and voice.

Stepping into this new chapter meant learning to care for myself, to pursue my personal goals, to invest in my well-being, and to take up space in my own life.

Today, I am embracing intentional living.
I travel to spend time with loved ones and explore beautiful places.
I push myself lovingly but consistently to face fears and expand my world.
And most importantly:
I refuse to live life on autopilot anymore.
I would rather die living than live dying inside. My life is no longer happening to me—I’m choosing it, shaping it, and walking it with purpose.
