Rooted in Self is an intimate weekend retreat for people who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore what matters most. Through coaching, yoga, nature, meaningful conversation, and shared meals, you'll create space for reflection, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose—all within a warm and supportive community.

What to Expect
❋ Welcome Circle

Begin the weekend by settling in, meeting fellow participants, and setting intentions for your retreat experience. This opening gathering creates the foundation for a weekend of meaningful connection, reflection, and growth.

❋ Coaching workshops

Through interactive coaching conversations and guided exercises, you'll explore the patterns, values, and beliefs that influence your thoughts, emotions, and decisions. These sessions are designed to help you gain clarity, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen your connection to what matters most.

❋ morning yoga

Start each day with an accessible yoga practice that encourages presence, mindful movement, and connection between body and mind. All experience levels are welcome.

❋ Sound bath experiance

Allow yourself to rest deeply as soothing sounds and vibrations create space for relaxation and renewal. This immersive experience offers an opportunity to quiet the mind and reconnect with a sense of inner calm.

❋ Shared meals

Gather around the table to enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals prepared with care. Meals offer an opportunity not only to nourish the body, but also to connect with others in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

❋ Personal reflection time

Throughout the weekend, you'll have opportunities for quiet reflection, journaling, rest, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Sometimes the most meaningful insights emerge in moments of stillness.

Yoga is more than physical postures. In this discussion, we'll explore the deeper meaning and purpose of yoga as a path toward self-awareness, personal growth, and a more intentional way of living.

Explore the local landscape while learning about healing herbs and plants that grow naturally in our region. This guided walk offers an opportunity to connect with nature and discover some of the gifts growing all around us.

As the day winds down, join us around the fire for music, conversation, laughter, and reflection. This informal gathering provides space to connect, share stories, and enjoy the simple pleasure of community.

❋ Closing Circle

Before returning home, we'll gather one final time to reflect on the weekend, celebrate insights and growth, and consider how to carry what you've discovered into everyday life.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
